Originating from the tinsmith's shop Rees in Oberstdorf, we have been dealing with the execution of metal roofs for decades. The location of our handicraft business in the Allgäu Alps and the associated activity in one of the snowiest areas of Germany and the Austrian Kleinwalsertal, always brings forth new experiences, which we constantly incorporate into the development of our products.

Clamp holder for steps and walking gratings V2A

Clamp holder for steps and walking gratings will be mounted on double standing seams of metal-roofs. Suitable for roof pitches up to 40 degrees. To meet the EN – 516 requirements (European standards) you have to make sure, that the distance between each holder is not bigger than 80 cm, resp. 31.5 inches. The clip distance on the sub-construction of the roof, has to comply with the technical rules for the German plumbing trade. The clamp holders have to be mounted on the at least 25mm resp. 0.98 inches high double-standing-seam and only at the areas of the fixing or sliding clips. Older roofs have to be audited before mounting, to check if the double-standing-seams are damaged or if the sub-construction is broken resp. spoiled somehow. It is necessary, that the seams are absolutely intact! Designation according to the expert regulations of the german-plumping-craftsmanship

Sliding clip V2A

Sliding clip for angle and double standing seam. Upper and lower parts are pre-assembled. Attach on the pre-profiled standing seam. Our clips are manufactured according to the technical rules of the German plumbing trade regarding material, strength and design. The special shaping of the upper part of our sliding clips results in a slight clamping effect in the pre-profiled seam, which contributes to the fact that the suspended attachments do not slide downwards. Due to a longer sliding area, suitable for the following sheet lengths till: 12 meters for Titanium-Zinc 14 meters for Copper 16 meters for Stainless steel 16 meters for Zinc-coated steel sheet 11 meters for Aluminium
